Finding Your ISETS Case Number
Your ISETS (Indiana Support Enforcement Tracking System) case number is crucial for managing your child support payments. Here’s how to find it:
- Check your court documents related to the child support case
- Review correspondence from the child support office
- Call the Child Support Bureau (CSB) Kidsline at 800-840-8757
When calling the Kidsline, be prepared to provide your:
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Full name
- Current address
The Kidsline is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
Important Reminders
- Always include your ISETS case number and the custodial party’s name with all payments
- If you have multiple cases, you can send separate payments for each or one payment covering all cases (specify amounts for each case)
- Keep your ISETS case number handy for all communications regarding your child support case
By following these guidelines, you can ensure that you’re complying with the court’s orders and that your child support payments are properly credited to your account. If you have any further questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact the Indiana Department of Child Services or consult with a family law attorney.
